For me it’s all about freedom........

My entrepreneurial journey started many years ago with the thought that there were way to many exciting and fun things to do in life to have to spend most of your time just earning a living.

When I grew up in Miami, FL,  I loved the ocean and diving and dreamed of traveling the world and being a treasure hunter like the great Mel Fischer. So I quit college and went to diving school to become a commercial diver. That of course was just another version of the 40 year plan but underwater.

Interesting start to say the least, and that thought, along with a degree in Psychology, which qualified me for nothing but minimum wage, set the stage for what was to come.

My first true career was mastering the art of leverage in real estate by putting together large partnerships that owned apartment projects. I started at 22 and by the time I was 29 I was almost retired and then ….. oops!! The economy in the early 80’s crashed and took me down with it. 

Darn I was so close too!

Then discovered the true art of leverage in the MLM industry where I joined an early stage company, developed some very powerful mass marketing and lead generation systems and within 2 years I had complete financial freedom once again.

I have had many businesses since then but none even comes close to the reward you can achieve in a network marketing business. It is a world of challenge, personal development, achievement, friendship, mentorship, and incredible reward. It is a true win-win business model where you can only achieve if you help others to excel. What an incredible industry…..

I have now had the good fortune to be involved in the network marketing industry for over 22 years. During that time I have spoken to thousands upon thousands of people about their goals and dreams and have come to the conclusion that we are really all looking for the same thing. 

Freedom.......

I truly believe that network marketing is the very best vehicle to achieve that financial and time freedom.... if done correctly. If your goal is to achieve that then you need to become a student of what it takes to succeed and what works. 

Lets start with my failures, when I first entered the Network Marketing field I had no clue of how to make it work and I failed miserably  for several months and probably quit 5 times in the first 6 months. 

Then finally I got some good coaching and went on to build a very large organization almost entirely from cold marketing approaches, not by talking to friends and family. 

I became a 7 figure income earner in network marketing because I learned the lesson of working the numbers and using marketing tools that could easily be duplicated by my organization. 

Now the principals are always the same but what works from a marketing standpoint tends to change over time. 

Today of course the traffic, and the future is on the internet. For anyone who seeks the financial and time freedom of having their own business you need to embrace and master using the internet to tap the enormous marketing potential of an audience that grows larger by the minute. By some reports there were 1.7 Billion users on the Internet as of September of 2009. 

You also need to release your grip on the bricks and mortar and start looking at a business model where you can create a 7 figure income with only your laptop.
